Questacon - Enlighten

Over four magical nights, Questacon successfully
participated in the Canberra Enlighten Festival.

As well as being included in the building lighting projections, Questacon opened up its foyer and theatre to a hive of activity. The Centre held an Adults Only evening, attracting a slightly older audience to explore and interact with science at Questacon. In addition to this, the Centre played host to popular DJ, Tom Piper, who explored the latest in music technology by delivering a production master class; and featured a Red, White and Ale event, where visitors could learn about the science behind brewing beer and making wine, whilst also taste supporting products from the local region. Questacon was also host to the Perth Theatre Company's The Adventures of Alvin Sputnik: Deep Sea Explorer, which engaged and entertained over 500 visitors.
