The Australian Government Budget 2007—08

The Australian Government 2007—08 budget was tabled in Parliament at 7.30 pm on Tuesday 8 May and the new financial year starts on 1 July.

Questacon, DEST and DIISR

Up until 2 December 2007 Questacon was administered within the Australian Government Department of Education, Science and Training (DEST ). Questacon was DEST Output Group 5.4 and Questacon's appropriation for 2007-08 is $11.162 million. The appropriation can be found DEST’s Portfolio Budget Statement .

As of the 3 December 2007Administrative Arrangements Order, Questacon is a part of the Department of Innovation, Industry, Science and Research (DIISR ).
