Mathamazing invites visitors to explore how mathematics is part of daily life – at work, home and play. The exhibition communicates the scope of mathematics and the work that mathematicians do, encompassing such topics as topology, probability, architecture and music. The ideas are presented in an engaging style; for example, visitors learn about the application of mathematical shapes as they build bridges without using glue or nails, or discover topology as they try to escape from the grip of manacles.
Mathamazing includes 24 interactive exhibits and requires 420m2 of floor space.
