Accordingly, Questacon procures all property and services on the basis of best of value for money.  Value for money is a comprehensive assessment that takes into account factors such as price, risk, whole of life costs (including tendering costs) and benefits and the value represented by a supplier's ability to meet any selection criteria applicable to the services required by Questacon.
