Journey through space and time with experiments and entertainment for explorers young and old, this May the Fourth and Fifth.

See some of your favourite characters from across time and space, including Star Wars costumers from the 501st and Rebel Legions and the Mandalorian Mercs. 

Race amongst the stars with paper rockets in The Shed, where you can enter the final frontier and boldly go where no paper rocket has gone before.

Encounter Star Wars history when the Double Helix by Arthur John Fleischmann (as seen in Star Wars V: The Empire Strikes Back) returns to Questacon for this weekend only.

Discover what would happen to the human body in space at Q Lab, with experiments and demonstrations that are out-of-this-world. 

Special Presentation with Dr Brad Tucker on Aliens, Teleportation, and Monsters - Oh My! The Impact of Science Fiction on Science , only on Saturday 3pm in the Japan Theatre. The presentation will explore how science fiction has shaped science and how close to reality are some of the big themes in science fiction. From aliens visiting us, to beam me up scotty, we will look at a few ideas in science fiction, what is the science behind them, how close to reality they are - some which will surprise you!

Need to refuel? Atomic Café are offering space-themed cuisine ready to satiate the hungriest of astronauts.
