What's different

Unfortunately, the COVID-19 pandemic is still affecting us.

Pre-booking is recommended

To guarantee a visit to Questacon, please pre-book your tickets online.

We have introduced timed-entry sessions to ensure that you are comfortable during your visit. Visitor numbers are limited and tickets can sell out quickly, particularly on weekends and during school holidays.

When buying your tickets, please note:

  • Each visitor needs their own entry ticket. This includes infants and toddlers.
  • You’ll need to select an entry time. A limited number of tickets are available for each entry time, to ensure that we can follow COVID-19 health and safety guidelines and everyone can observe physical distancing.
  • You can’t buy tickets over the phone, by email or on social media.
  • It is important for you to arrive on time for your session, due to the timed-entry requirements.
  • Make sure you book for the correct session day and time. Unfortunately, we cannot refund tickets if bought for the wrong time.
  • Please provide contact details when booking in case we need to contact you about your visit.

For more information, visit our ticketing page.
