Good to know
- Some of our special sessions and events need to be booked before you visit, even if you have booked a general admission ticket
- Please make sure that you book for the correct session, day and time, as we are not able to admit visitors for alternative sessions without a valid ticket

- You can request a refund if you are unwell on the day of your visit. To request a refund in line with our Terms and Conditions, please forward your Ticketek confirmation prior to your booked session time to info@questacon.edu.au.
