Good to know
- Some of our special sessions and events need to be booked before you visit, even if you have booked a general admission ticket
- Please make sure that you book for the correct session, day and time, as we are not able to admit visitors for alternative sessions without a valid ticket

- You can request a refund if you need to quarantine or self-isolate due to COVID-19. To request a refund in line with our Terms and Conditions, please forward your Ticketek booking confirmation 24 hours before your booked session time to info@questacon.edu.au
Q Club members
To guarantee a visit to Questacon, please pre-book your member tickets online.
Member and reciprocal member tickets can be booked for any eligible member. Please ensure that you book a ticket for every person visiting the centre with you, including infants and toddlers.
All memberships will be verified on arrival.
