About

Join educators from across the Lower Hunter for a collaborative, supportive afternoon of professional learning and connection, with a focus on teaching Digital Technologies and Design & Technology.

We’ll get hands-on with adaptable STEM activities, try-out classroom resources and unpack syllabus content.

Come along to gain inspiration, share ideas, discuss experiences, and explore the ‘T’ in STEM!

Community of Practice meetings are facilitated by Questacon Regional Leaders, and hosted each term to help build connection, confidence and capacity in STEM education.

As an attendee, you’ll:

  • Meet other educators to share and learn from one another

  • Gain insights into resources to support STEM learning

  • Get hands-on with activities you can implement in your classroom

After the session, you’re invited to join in Q.Ed Community, the online community supporting educators across each state and territory to connect with STEM resources – and with each other!
